This tried & tested method has provided more success for agents at every level – from new starters beating ‘experienced’ agents, through to million-dollar writers that want to refresh their presentation, this process has proven to improve the outcomes for those that have committed to the exercise.
How it works:
- Send through a property that you have worked on already.
- Once connected, we simulate a ‘warm-lead’ appraisal call-in, in which you need to ask enough questions to get enough information!
- We talk through your standard protocol from call-in to the meeting
- We simulate the meeting, in which you need to work off of the information you received in the call prior.
Your mission? To list the property for sale!
- Full recording of the simulation
- ‘Listing Scorecard’ – A full breakdown of each component of your presentation, including what you did well, what needs improvement & some simple changes that will help.
- Video summary with advice on what you need to do to improve at each stage
Monthly 1-1 Coaching & Accountability
